A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Natalie

I'm a mother of two, personal development and identity coach, author and student wellbeing practitioner, with a passion for helping women and girls understand themselves and become their own safe place.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of sitting alongside hundreds of girls and young women, listening to their worries, their fears and the things they sometimes find too difficult to share with the people they love most.

Behind so many of those conversations are young women trying to make sense of who they are, wondering if they're enough, and struggling with feelings they don't always understand.

And in many ways, I understand those feelings too.

My own journey through grief, loss, motherhood and starting over has taught me how easy it can be to lose yourself along the way. I've had to question beliefs I'd carried for years, learn to trust myself again and discover what it really means to feel safe within myself.

I've also lived this work as a mother, knowing how deeply we love our children and how helpless we can sometimes feel when we can't make their struggles disappear.

Why this matters to me

One of the things I've come to understand, through both my personal life and my work, is just how deeply the beliefs we carry shape the way we see ourselves, the relationships we build and the choices we make.

I've met wonderful young women who struggle to see their own worth, and loving mothers who question whether they're doing enough, when so often they're already giving everything they have.

And I wish more women and girls knew that they don't have to spend their lives questioning themselves or trying to become someone else to feel worthy of love and belonging.

That's why this work means so much to me.

I want to help women and girls understand what's happening beneath their emotions, recognise the beliefs that may be holding them back and discover that they have more strength and capacity within them than they realise.

My approach is warm, compassionate and trauma-informed, combining professional experience, personal understanding and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.

You don't need to have all the answers, know exactly what you need or have everything figured out before reaching out.

You can begin exactly where you are.
